How to Participate
Registration opens online only Saturday, March 7, at 8 am and closes Tuesday, March 10, at 10pm. Follow the button above to register online.
Students will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Payment is due upon registration. There are a limited number of scholarships available.
**At this time we are not equipped to accept students requiring classroom aids or accommodations. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to clubs@bakerbutlerpto.org.

What Clubs Are Being Offered?
Tuesdays:
Chess (Grades 2-3)
Millions of people know how to have fun playing chess. Become one of them by learning the rules and some of the moves to pull off a checkmate.
Engineering (Grades K-5)
Use a little bit of science and math, and learn how to think like engineers. Solve problems and design solutions, through tower design, bridge building, amateur radio communications, rocket launches, and more!
French (Grades 2-5)
Let's build LA FRANCE! We will explore six regions of France through role play and fun activities. Come learn the French language and culture by designing and building things and tasting French food. **French Club will be run by the Alliance Française and requires an additional registration and total payment of $84 to them directly instead of $65 to the Baker-Butler PTO**
Dungeons and Dragons / Games (Grades 4-5)
Learn to play D&D and other fun games! D&D is a storytelling game that encourages problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity. Work together to battle monsters, navigate puzzles, and save the world!
Cornhole Club with Mr. Charles (Grades 4-5)
Join Mr. Charles for a fun and active program designed for students to build teamwork, coordination, and sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment. Students will learn the fundamentals of cornhole, including proper throwing technique, scoring, and game strategy, while participating in friendly matches and team challenges. This club welcomes all skill levels and focuses on encouragement, cooperation, and having fun.
Wednesdays:
Introductory Spanish with Ms. Garcia (Grade K-1)
This engaging and fun-filled club aims to introduce young learners to the Spanish language in an enjoyable and interactive environment. Through playful activities, games, songs, and stories, children will explore basic vocabulary and phrases, fostering their love of language and culture!
Nature Buddies with Ms. Travers (Grade K-5)
Love the outdoors? Then this is the club for you! Hang out with Ms. Travers while getting to know nature and how to identify trees, plants, birds, animal tracks, and animal scat. Knowing nature makes us better stewards of our planet!
BBES School Beautification with Ms. Stollings (Grade K-5)
With spring on the horizon, students will work with Ms. Stollings over 6 weeks to enhance our school's beauty while learning the importance of caring for our environment and each other. Through hands-on projects, the club will foster teamwork, creativity, and a sense of responsibility. Let's make Baker-Butler shine!
Sewing Fun with Ms. Jackson (Grade 2-5)
Join Ms. Jackson for a fun, hands-on club where creativity comes to life! Students will learn basic hand-sewing skills while making exciting projects like scrunchies, headbands, bookmarks, and even their own stuffed animal. The club will also explore the basics of machine sewing and learn how to safely use simple sewing tools. Members will create their own templates, choose fabrics, and design unique pieces while working together in a supportive, creative environment. No experience needed just a willingness to learn and have fun!
Cat Club with Ms. Hale (Grade 3-5)
Love cats and crafting? This is the club for you! Hang out with Ms. Hall while making cat toys for the SPCA, make cat collages, create clay cat sculptures, and more!
Mindful Coloring with Ms. Proctor (Grade 3-5)
Mindful Coloring is a fun and relaxing way to end the school day! Students can use colors, cool designs, and their imagination while enjoying a calm, peaceful space. It's a great way to unwind, be creative, and have fun with fellow bears!
Girls Running Club with Ms. Siburn (Grade 3-5)
This spring's Girls Running Club aims to promote fitness, teamwork, and confidence! Weekly sessions will involve engaging team-building games designed to foster friendships and encourage collaboration; warm-up exercise to prepare for physical activity; and short runs around the track tailored to their fitness levels, helping to develop endurance while having fun!
