How to Shop the Fair
Literati makes it easy for students to shop the Book Fair through the use of digital gift cards.
To set up a Literati Gift Card click the button below and follow the 3 easy steps.

Select the Card Amount and click Add to Cart

Select "for a student to use", continue, and complete the student and teacher information before checking out

If possible, print the emailed code and send it in with your student

At the end of the week you may choose for any leftover funds to be donated to teachers, our librarian, or used online through Literati's store
New this year!
Donate a gift card to your favorite teacher allowing them to fulfill their wishlist and grow their classroom library! Just select "For a school or educator" and then click the box indicating a specific educator.
Students may also use cash to purchase during in school shopping days. On Family Nights we will be able to accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more!

About the Fair
It’s that time of year again… BOOK FAIR!
Throughout the week students will visit and shop the fair with their class.* Wednesday and Thursday we invite you to join us and shop the fair as a family from 4-6:30pm.
The Book Fair is a fantastic way to support the PTO as well as the Baker-Butler Elementary School Library. With proceeds from the fair, Ms. Harmon, our wonderful librarian, is able to continually expand the library's selection.
New this year:
Teachers are actively creating wishlists for their classrooms. Check back HERE frequently to see updated wishlists from your teachers and purchase a gift card to help your teacher make those wishlist purchases.
As always, the BBES Book Fair would not be possible without all of our many wonderful volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering please click HERE to sign up for a time slot. As a special thank you, all volunteers will receive 20% off their purchases!
*If students do not have a gift card or money on their class shopping day teachers will allow them to visit later in the week at a time that does not disrupt instruction.
**Book Fair material has not been previewed or vetted by ACPS. Please look at the Literati website for details on each title.**
Help Others Shop
Please consider making a donation to help other students at Baker-Butler purchase books. Any additional funds at the end of the fair will be used for classroom libraries.
To donate to the school gift card:
Follow the steps to set up a Literati Gift Card and select "For a school or educator". Baker-Butler Elementary School will automatically be selected, click continue and follow the instructions to complete checkout.
That's it! No need to print out your receipt or send it in as we'll be able to see this amount during the sale.
